Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Flip Flops (due to direct foot contact)
- Footbed Sandals (with molded footbeds)
- Clearance items (marked as final sale)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process is the same as returns:

- Return the original item following our instructions
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
